Our Class Styles

  • Mat Pilates

    Contemporary mat pilates grounded in classical principles. You'll find a range of classes from 10 minutes of glutes to a full 40 minute no prop flow. There will always be a focus on control and stability and moving with purposes. 

  • Yoga

    Vinyasa flows, slow flows, restorative, and stretch focused classes. You'll always find intelligent sequencing, progression that prepares the body for where we are going, and layers to suit all levels.

  • Reformer Pilates

    Contemporary reformer pilates grounded in classical principles. You'll find a range of classes from 13 minutes of side body work to a full 40 minute reformer flows. There will always be a focus on control and stability and moving with purposes.

  • Strength & Conditioning

    Resistance training and conditioning pieces to round out your week of balanced training. Programming is designed to get your feeling stronger not only in the gym, but in your day to day movements.

  • Barre

    Barre combines elements of yoga, pilates, and of course dance. Embrace the flow while also working hard.

  • Pre & Post Natal Movement

    Classes dedicated to pre and post natal movement. Backed by evidence based methods and a deep understanding of the pregnant and postpartum experience.
