Coaching with Amy is not just about building strength in the gym (or living room) but also building strength in your everyday life.
From feeling more stable at a physical job, to more comfortable running around and lifting your kids, strength is about more than bicep curls.
Through thorough planning and regular check ins, Amy will create a program that feels challenging but achievable. We want you feeling energised, motivated, strong, and of course supported. This is about creating sustainable life long habits and change.
Every coaching program includes access to Amy’s online studio, where you’ll find guided workouts, mobility sessions, yoga, pilates, and bare classes to complement your weekly training program.

1:1 Coaching
A 12 week strength program designed around your goals, lifestyle, likes and dislikes.
Delivered in a one time package. After an indepth conversation I will design a 12 week strength training program delivered in app for you to complete in your own time.
In app conversations can be had around any slight modifications you may need. Includes 12 weeks access to my online studio of on-demand yoga, pilates, and conditioning classes.
1:1 Coaching
12 week personalised strength training program that evolves with you.
Programming that can be adapted as we go to ensure it is meeting your goals, your lifestyle, and your preferences.
Weekly check ins and constant access to me. After an in dept consultaiton I will design a training program delivered to you in weekly blocks.
Each week we can discuss what's working, what's not, and the program will be refined accordingly.
Includes 12 weeks access to my online studio of on-demand yoga, pilates, and conditioning classes.
1:1 Coaching
The full package service. 12 weeks of both strength training and evidence based nutritional strategies.
Completely personalised with weekly check ins and constant access to me. The plan can and will evolve as you do.
After an initial consult I will deliver an evolving stregnth program via an app and nutritional strategies that will develop over our time together. This is accountability and support at its finest.

Absolutely. Amy can tailor your program to meet you exactly where you are with really accessible programs and exercise choices.

Nope! You can either complete your sessions at a gym, at home with a small amount of equipment, or start body weight if that's what you'd prefer. Your program will be tailored to what you have available to you.

Of course. Amy understands family life, cooking for multiple preferences and feeding little humans. Your plan will work with your lifestyle and help to make things easier, not harder.
