Biscoff Caramilk Rocky Road
I’m not sure this one needs much explaining. It’s really really yummy and a slightly different take on a Christmas classic.
I promise if you bring this to your Christmas parties this year, you’ll win everyone over very quickly.
Ingredients
500g Caramilk chocolate
1 cup salted pretzels (chopped)
150g Biscoff biscuits (chopped)
3 Tbsp Biscoff Spread
Pinch of salt
Method
Line desired baking tin with baking paper. Set aside.
Combine pretzels and Biscoff biscuits in a bowl.
Melt 300g caramilk reserving the rest.
Milk melted chocolate through biscuit mixture until covered.
Press mixture into tray.
Melt remaining chocolate and Biscoff spread (separately)
Pour remaining chocolate over mixture. Dollop teaspoons of biscoff spread evenly over chocolate and use a skewer to make desired pattern.
Chill in fridge.
Cut to desired sizes.
