Sugar free chocolate ‘cake’

It would be misleading of me to call this a real cake. It’s sort of like if a chocolate cake and an omelette had a baby. That’s the texture you get. But GOSH it’s delicious.

Ingredients:

  • Two apples (core removed and cut into pieces)

  • 1 banana

  • 2 eggs

  • ¼ cup choc protein powder

  • ¼ cup cacao

  • 2 tbsp greek yoghurt

  • 1 tbsp almond meal

  • 2 dates

Method:

  1. Blend everything together in your blender.

  2. Pour into a baking dish.

  3. Bake in a pre-heated 170 degree oven for approximately 30-40 minutes or until set in the middle. It will continue to set as it cools.

  4. Completely cool in the fridge before cutting.
